Question:

Hello Shannon, I am currently trying to use my rife machine with the head strap for insomnia. I find that I get small pin prick sensations that create discomfort when I am trying to sleep. I put a piece of cotton T-shirt fabric over it but then questioned Esther it was working at all. I have used it like this for two weeks with no improvement. I was wearing it all night. Can you please let me know what can Be done without compromising efficacy.

Answer:

Use the Rife Digital Professional V3 Velcro strap configurations instead:  You may want to try using the straps on the soles of each foot rather than the Belt (mat)  around the head. Head placement can sometimes produce unwanted sensations in sensitive areas, which may be counterproductive for a sleep-focused setting. Alternatively use a barrier like cotton fabric on the Belt if using around the head, in order to reduce unwanted pin prick sensations in sensitive areas

Given that you’ve used it consistently for two weeks without noticeable improvement, it may also be worth reassessing whether adjustments in intensity, placement, or overall method are needed to be adjusted, for example, reduce the voltage output on the RDPV3 from 17v to 12v

In addition, you may find it helpful to consider melatonin as part of a broader sleep routine. Melatonin is a naturally occurring hormone produced by the body that helps regulate the sleep–wake cycle by signalling to the brain that it is time to wind down. Supplementing melatonin  is a natural method used to support sleep onset, particularly in cases of circadian rhythm disruption. It can help reinforce the body’s natural night-time rhythm.
