This is in response to a question on general use.

All of the groups 1 – 30 can be programmed.  So, you can just put in the sets that you want to use in Groups 25 –30.  And then just use those with the SWEEP function.  This is a good way to really focus on one treatment.

and/Or

Because you have several issues to work through I would set the Group SWEEP up to address all the issues you need to work on.  You can program over the sets that you don’t need, such as Group 3, unless you have STDs you are concerned with.

You can program in one of the sets that you actually need to work on in Group 3, for example.

The more you can use the machine the better and faster the results will be.  The Group SWEEP function stays on each frequency for 3 seconds, or so, and moves on to the next.  This function will go through every frequency in every group till you stop it.

But because it only stays on each frequency for 3 seconds or so you have to repeat the frequency sets in several groups so each issue gets enough focus to make a difference.

Look at this PAGE — I set this up for myself.  Group 1 I left as it is, because arthritis is not something I want coming back.  I then put the Osteoarthritis in several groups.

I don’t want cancer so I left Group 6 as a preset for prevention

Group 7 I changed, Group 8 I left as a preventative.

I repeated those issues I want to work on throughout the Groups.  I will still use just the SWEEP function a few times during the week for more focus on one issue.  If I was dealing with cancer, or something life threatening I would use the SWEEP function a lot on the specific frequency set.  And using the CW, Carrier Wave, as well. I think I already sent you information on the CW/RF functions, if not let me know and I will.

You can wear the straps on the balls of the feet, and/or on the fleshy part of the palm by the little finger or thumb.

If you are going to wear all 4 at the same time, which you can do, or use the straps and the mat or belt then you need to line up the negative and positive connections.

Meridian Zapping

The mat or belt allows you to target an area of the body, so you can place it at the area of the prostate.  You can also place the mat under a thin fitted bedsheet, 100% cotton is best and sleep with it all night — using either the Group SWEEP function or choose just one group on the SWEEP function.

The straps, mat or belt are all good.  The mat or belt allows you to target more directly an area of the body.  But, any and all will work — you just need to use them.  Consistent and persistent use is what is going to really make the difference.

You can start slowly to avoid too much detoxing all at once.  This is called a Herxheimer reaction.  This can show up as a headache, or just not feeling well.  It doesn’t happen for everyone, but if you spend just an hour or two per day for the first few days or the first week — you should easily be able to avoid any discomfort from the Detox.
