Question:
Is long term use of Warfarin a problem?
Answer:
The Doc passed the Warfarin answer back. Here it is:
Long term use of Warfarin is safe and will increase life expectancy quite significantly.
The side effects of long term use are rare, and generally affect persons with a comorbidity such as renal failure.
In brief: Does warfarin reduce life expectancy?
In a Kaplan‐Meier analysis, patients who were treated with warfarin had a mean life expectancy of 52.0 months, whereas those who were not treated with warfarin had a corresponding life expectancy of 38.2 months
Warfarin therapy is not usually associated with a significant decrease in perceived health, unless a bleeding episode has occurred. Negative effects of warfarin treatment on health perceptions may be balanced by confidence in its protective effects.

I have DVT in my legs. Taking Coumadin 7.5 mg daily. Is the Rife ProWave machine safe to use on my legs? Thank you.
Hi June:
We don’t sell the ProWave, so I don’t really know. I would think it would be fine. With our machines the Rife Digital Professional V3 or the Rife Ultimate Trio, it is perfectly OK to use it on your legs, using either the Rife Healing Belt or Mat.
This is what you would use: 909: Deep Vein Thrombosis: 0.1, 0.58, 0.78, 5.25, 21.8, 322.53, 479.5, 527, 667, 987.23
