Tenosynovitis Stenosans (trigger finger) are caused by overloading the flexors of the hand. It often represents an occupational disease, since, for example, piano players, athletes, craftsmen or people who work at the computer for a long time suffer from this disease particularly often. Poor posture and the stereotypical sequence of movements can lead to minor injuries to the tendons.
