Tendonitis – Is There a Way for Faster Healing?

Hi, sorry to bother you again, but is there anything else I should be doing to speed up the recovery of my tendinitis.  It’s in my left thigh and goes to my lower back. It’s like tennis elbow but it’s tennis hip. Thanks

(1) Use the mat or belt over the problem area, using the tendonitis frequency group.

3325: Tendinitis: 

0.13, 0.23, 0.75, 0.8, 5.05, 7.25, 35, 95.47, 226.32, 442.53

You might alternate between these two:

3327: Tendinosis [Chronic Tendinitis]: 

0.16, 0.23, 0.75, 0.8, 5.05, 7.25, 35, 95.47, 841.2, 997.87

(2) Do overnight treatments

You will want to use a thin cotton shirt, pants, pjs, something.  Here are the best materials:

Best conductivity:  100% pure cotton
Good Conductivity  80% cotton, 20% Nylon
Fair Conductivity 50% cotton 50% Nylon
Poor Conductivity:  80-100% Nylon (Rayon)

Nylons are a plastic, so are a poor conductor of frequencies
