I would like to use the frequency group with 4 different groups for body recovery after sports. What do you advise me? I would like to incorporate the tendonitis group so I have 3 groups left. Maybe osteoarthritis, for cartilage, I would like something for breathing and muscles but I am interested in your opinion in any case if there is a group that I have not thought of.

But, still, in addition to the two groups you are using, tendonitis & osteoarthritis you can also add the Fatigue Set below.

2427: Osteoarthritis:

3325: Tendinitis:

1275: Fatigue

The fatigue set gets used just as general well being.  I think it’s worth a try.
