Spondyloarthritis (Spondylarthritis) is a type of arthritis that attacks the spine and, in some people, the joints of the arms and legs. It can also involve the skin, intestines and eyes. The main symptom (what you feel) in most patients is low back pain.

As Spondyloarthritis tends to always be spinal and lower back pain related, it is suggested to use the RHM on the lower back, mat centered to the point of the spine where the pain is most apparent.  Also use the straps on both feet, at the same time,  using port (2) of the RDPV2

Also recommended for Spondyloarthritis the supplement: Glucosamine and chondroitin.  These substances are natural compounds found in healthy cartilage — the connective tissue that cushions joints. Supplements are manufactured from the cartilage of animals such as cows, pigs, or shellfish, or are made in a lab. Glucosamine is sold in different forms, including glucosamine sulfate and glucosamine hydrochloride. You can buy glucosamine and chondroitin individually, but most often they’re sold together in a single supplement.

How Does Glucosamine and chondroitin supplement work.

In Spondyloarthritis, the gradual degeneration of cartilage leads to pain, swelling, and other symptoms. Glucosamine and chondroitin have anti-inflammatory properties. “They also have some cartilage-protecting effects through a variety of different mechanisms,”  Glucosamine and chondroitin protect cells called chondrocytes, which help maintain cartilage structure. In theory, these supplements have the potential to slow cartilage deterioration in the joints, and to reduce pain in the process.
