We are experiencing some sensitivity to the strap. What can we do? Answer: We have a 12v power supply on the way to you now. Dropping the power from 16v to 12v will usually resolve any issues for those people who are more sensitive. But here is something else to consider since you are in India This is from the manufacturer: As the Rife Machine & Zapper Devices are devices sensitive to quality of power, it has come to my attention that many homes and offices in India are poorly “earthed” or not earthed at all. A wall socket which has poor earth is likely to cause the “sensitivity” levels to go up considerably. I enclosed a photo of a homemade tool used by electricians in India, when they do repairs to household power. They plug the screwdriver metal end into the ground (earth) outside the house, and then plug the other end into the wall socket. This instantly earths the wall socket, and any “dirty power” is filtered out to “Ground”. I can confirm that I have assisted some people with Zappers who have “non-earthed” houses, with similar tools. (After complaints of sensitivity) This tool (pictured) is only a temporary solution, and an electrician could actually make a permanent “Ground Wire” to the socket where the Zapper/Rife is plugged in. Problem is most Indian electricians are untrained and wouldn’t have a clue. They would probably put the ground wire to the “Mains”, which does not filter through to the socket. :
