Question:
I have run the frequency set but it did not kill it. I assume because there is no 400 in that set. 99% of all viruses live and die:) between 400 and 500.
Any thoughts?
Answer:
When RSV infects the body, the immune system responds by deploying various mechanisms to fight the infection, including the activation of immune cells and the production of antibodies. This process is complex and requires time to mount an effective response. Any form of frequency device does not typically eliminate viruses within minutes. Clearing the virus can take several days to weeks.
The Rife Digital Professional V3 (RDPV3) can be set to 500, by programming a single group with 500 x 10 times, so in each of the 10 frequency banks in that group. It can be continuously used.
The given frequencies (0.55, 0.61, 0.78, 0.97, 5.87, 57.05, 152.03, 524.37, 601.27, 781.09) are based on previous successful treatments with a far greater range, including the 524.37 which is at the top end of the mentioned spectrum
Also consider Strengthening the Immune System:
A Balanced Diet: Consuming a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats provides essential vitamins and minerals that support immune function. Nutrients like vitamin C, vitamin D, and zinc are known to play roles in immune health.
Hydration: Staying well-hydrated helps maintain mucosal membranes in the respiratory tract, which can aid in clearing infections and reducing symptoms.
2. Good Hygiene Practices
Hand Hygiene: Regular hand washing with soap and water helps reduce the risk of infection and transmission of viruses, including RSV.
Avoiding Close Contact: Limiting exposure to individuals who are sick and avoiding close contact with infected individuals helps reduce the risk of contracting RSV.
3. Regular Exercise
Physical Activity: Engaging in regular exercise improves overall health, supports a robust immune system, and enhances the body’s ability to fight infections.
4. Adequate Sleep
Rest: Getting sufficient and quality sleep is crucial for maintaining a healthy immune system. Sleep helps the body repair and regenerate, and supports immune function.
5. Managing Stress
Stress Reduction: Chronic stress can weaken the immune system, making the body more susceptible to infections. Techniques such as mindfulness, meditation, and relaxation exercises can help manage stress levels.
6. Avoiding Tobacco Smoke
Smoke-Free Environment: Exposure to tobacco smoke can damage the respiratory tract and make individuals more susceptible to respiratory infections. Avoiding smoking and secondhand smoke is beneficial for respiratory health.
Even with a healthy lifestyle, RSV infections typically last from a few days to a couple of weeks.
