I was testing a Zapper Professional. Adapter tested fine. I plugged in the machine and the whole thing began to flash brightly. Both the screen and the green light. So – I assumed it was a faulty machine. Plugged in another Zapper and the same thing happened. Went to a higher frequency and it stilled happened. I got a working adapter and the machines are fine. Since the adapter tested at 16Volts, what do you suppose the issue was? It has to be a problem with the adapter. —————– This must be a faulty power adapter. Although the multimeter shows 16v, the adapter itself is seen to be problematic by the Rife. The flashing is built into the rife device when power is detected to be awry. I have actually never seen this triggered before, so would be a rare on/off problem. Throw out adapter in these circumstances.
