Question:
Lately I have had this "ping" (for lack of a better word) sensations in various parts of my body on my fingers, arms, feet and legs mostly. It feels like a nerve ending firing off. It doesn't happen when I am Rife-ing, it just does it any time of the day. For the last day and a half I have had a bigger ping on the inside of my calf on my left leg. It wasn’t constant, it just pinged often. It kept me from sleeping even though I tried vibrating it. It would make my leg feel like it was jerking but not in a big way. It was just enough to be aggravating and sleep depriving.
I have been using the bands on my feet more lately since it's hard to type with them on my hands. I thought maybe I could reduce the voltage but it hasn’t bothered me at all since I bought the machine until lately. I am still hesitant to use the mat when I’m sleeping. Have others who use Rife had this problem? 2. Is it usual that when I insert the plug in the machine it causes sparks? 3. Is there a place online that explains questions like these in detail so I won't have to bother you with all of mine? I wish there was a Facebook or online group that I could join to ask questions and share information. Is there something like that? Thank you for your time and advice!
Answer:
Use the Rife Healing Belt around the calf where the nerve sensitivity issues were noticed. If the issue is across two legs then use two belts. The belts will work more effectively than the straps for nerve sensitivity.
Use the Belt instead of the mat, as it has a smaller treatment region which is appropriate for this issue. We have covered this "spark" report extensively. please read the following post
