Question:

I’d like to know the frequency set which is good for my symptoms. My symptoms are as follows:

* I feel the hardness on my back and on my lower back, and I also feel the pain on these parts when I bend or stretch my back and lower back.

* I feel the pain under the right buttock when sitting in a chair. I think this symptom is similar to Piriformis syndrome.

* I feel hardness and pain in the muscle of the base of the right thigh, and there is a sense that occasionally the right thigh is swollen. (but actually, it isn’t)

* I feel stiffness in the muscles running from the back of my left ear to my neck.

My chiropractor says all of these symptoms result from the hardness of the muscles around the pelvis. I am not sure what he says is correct, but I surely feel something is wrong with the muscles around my pelvis and buttocks, including psoas major muscle.

So, I would like to know the frequency set which is good to relax and ease these muscles. I have been suffering from these symptoms for over a year. I really appreciate if you could tell me the code number.

Answer:

Thank you for your email, and reaching out to ETDFL Group for assistance. There are many symptoms which cause muscle pain in these, there are two common conditions:

(1) Chronic Fatigue Syndrome: (CFS) symptoms are all over body muscle pain, stiffness, fatigue and sleep abnormalities

(2) Polymyalgia Rheumatica, which is a chronic inflammatory disease that can cause muscle pain and stiffness, especially upper back, shoulders and neck

There are muscles all over your body. When you need to move a particular part of your body, your brain sends a nerve signal to the muscles located in that body part. This causes the muscles to tighten, or contract.

Muscles can contract a little bit or a lot, depending on the type of signal the brain sends. After contracting, the muscles relax until the next time you need to use them.

Muscle rigidity occurs when a muscle or groups of muscles stay contracted or partly contracted for an extended period. The brain continues to send nerve signals telling the muscle to contract even when the muscle is no longer needed for movement. This can sometimes last for several hours or days. The longer your muscle remains contracted, the more pain you’ll feel.

Muscle rigidity is often triggered by stress. Stress can adversely affect the body’s nervous system, including its nerves and how they function. The nervous system may respond to stress by putting additional pressure on the blood vessels, which results in reduced blood flow to the muscles.

This can cause muscle tension and pain. Muscle rigidity can also be caused by certain medications, such as statins.
