I heard that MMS will make me vomit. Is this something that would be good to use? I have been using a lot of Iodine.

Perhaps a 1/4 dose than suggested, and work your way up to tolerance
Diarrhea is your body’s way of quickly clearing viruses, bacteria, or toxins from the digestive tract. Since most cases of diarrhea are viral, they will clear up in a few days with good home treatment. It is a positive sign of MMS working
Do not take excessive amounts of Iodine (unless you were exposed to a nuclear accident) Your body will only be able to uptake a million of a percentage of the iodine dose. And the Iodine in high strength will knock the Zinc, Iron, magnesium, potassium and other important minerals out of your body. (heavier minerals push out lighter minerals)
Better to take a few drops (max) and place a few drops on your skin (like the soles of your feet) as your skin will uptake iodine just as fast as iodine consumed through the mouth.
