My natropath said I have to do a liver cleanse as my liver is struggling. I can’t do the epsom salt and magnesium as my adrenals are shot. Is there anything else available for people who can’t do the liver flush? Is one of the liver frequencies enough?

Regarding the Dr Clark liver cleanse. Epson Salt can be eliminated from the recipe, and the Liver will be cleansed just fine (with olive oil and lemon juice)
The Epson Salts (Mag) is only in the recipe to enlarge (relax) the Gall/liver transport ducts, in order to easily eliminate larger (liver) stones
If you only want to cleanse the liver of toxins and assist in improving liver function, Olive oil + lemon juice is suffice.
