Question:
I tested the straps on a weak and sensitive part of my arm, the black output I felt clearly the frequency on the red output nothing…. Are they not working?
Answer:
First, the straps should be worn on the balls of the feet, or the fleshy part of the palm by the thumb or the little finger. Only one output will have a noticeable “zap” Usually, if any “zap” is felt at any terminal, Red or Black it is a precursor warning to a rash or burn. “No feeling from the terminals” is in fact an indicator that the straps are positioned correctly, and have been placed in an area which will ensure no rash or sensitivity.
