Please read Page 13 of your instruction book. In the instruction book page 7.7.3 VOLTAGE and AMPERAGE Voltage Output measured by an Oscilloscope will accurately measure the top of the Square wave (7.5v) added to the bottom of the square wave (7.5v) to produce the correct output reading of 15v Output measured by a Multimeter will accurately measure the top of the Square wave (7.5v) only.
The reading is instantaneous and will not account for the total true measurement (7.5 + 7.5 = 15v). So please note, if you are measuring the output on your ETD with a multimeter, do realize that the measurement shown will only reflect 50% of the total output of your ETD device. This anomaly has to do with the inability of most multimeters to accurately measure voltages from a wave form. If in doubt always test ETD output with a professional Oscilliscope. Amperage output from DC source is 4500ma.
