Hiatal Hernia and CLM or Scabies

Question:

I was wondering what to use on my Rife machine for my enlarged hiatal hernia they’re gonna take it out July 15 and have to do reconstruction surgery on my stomach. I’m not sure the pain Number would take care of that much pain and also what number or name do I use to heal the surgery faster?

Is there a setting for upset over surgery?

I also have a parasite I’m having trouble getting rid of — it is on my shoulder blade.

Answer:

As the client is having the hernia removed, the most appropriate frequencies are Group 19:

Pain, General Rife Digital Professional V3 (RDPV3) GROUP 19:

0.16, 0.35, 0.95, 5.26, 27.5, 52.5, 225.47, 522.53, 682.02, 750

Given the clients report of a parasite on the shoulder blade, the two most likely culprits are cutaneous larva migrans (CLM) or scabies. Cutaneous larva migrans typically results from hookworm larvae, often contracted through contact with contaminated soil or sand, and presents as an intensely itchy, snake-like rash that migrates under the skin. In such cases, ivermectin can be effective, particularly as a single oral dose or topical application, though albendazole is also commonly used.

Alternatively, scabies, caused by the Sarcoptes scabiei mite, leads to severe itching—especially at night—along with a pimple-like rash and visible burrow tracks. For scabies, ivermectin is a well-established treatment, typically administered as a single oral dose (200 mcg/kg) and repeated after one week to ensure all mites and eggs are eradicated. Permethrin cream is another first-line option, but ivermectin is preferred in cases of crusted scabies or when topical treatment is impractical.

Before proceeding with ivermectin, it’s critical to confirm the diagnosis. If the rash appears linear and migratory, CLM is probable; if it’s accompanied by nighttime itching and burrows, scabies is more likely. Misdiagnosis could delay proper treatment—for example, ivermectin won’t help with fungal infections or bacterial folliculitis, which can mimic these conditions. If possible, the customer should consult a healthcare provider for definitive diagnosis, especially if symptoms persist after treatment. Hygiene measures, such as washing bedding and clothing in hot water, are essential adjuncts, particularly for scabies, to prevent reinfestation.

In summary, ivermectin is a strong candidate if the issue is CLM or scabies, but accurate identification of the parasite is key to ensuring the correct and effective treatment.

A RDPV3 Parasite Group is not provided as there are multiple possibilities of parasite types, which are all very different.  Ivermectin (yes the one which cured Covid back in 2022) is a safe and specific antiparasitic pharmaceutical, that will remedy the issue before the client goes to surgery.  It works fast and will treat any and all of those possible parasite types.
