The Group SWEEP function will SWEEP through all 30 Groups. Stays on each frequency in each set for 3 seconds or so. It will go through each and every frequency set in each and every group and will do that till you stop it, so you can sleep with it while running the treatments. It takes around 15 minutes to SWEEP through all 30 groups.
You can leave all the groups as they are, add your specific frequency sets to Groups 25 – 30 and use the presets as a preventative measure.
The other way, I think the better way would be to set the machine for the specific issues you want to be focusing on.
What I have done is to program over some of the Groups that I don’t need. So, Arthritis is an issue for me, not so much anymore, but I don’t want it coming back. Below is how I programmed my machine.
Use a notepad you can’t change the Group Names in the machine. If ever you want to go back to the presets — use the Master Reset Button. There is a little more information at the bottom of this page on that.
