Question:
Will the power supply work in Sweden? If it is plugged into a socket that is 230 volts as is used in Sweden [and Europe], there is no need to use a step-down converter?
Does the power supply simply work with a different level already?
Even on electric shavers and such, you have to throw a switch on the unit for it to work with the higher [European] voltages.
Answer:
The [MED] power supply is switching. It detects worldwide voltages between 110v to 240v and switches itself accordingly.
We have customers in Sweden using the Rife Digital Professional V3 and the power adapter without issue.
Our MED power adapters work in every country in the world.. Just plug and play
Do not ever use step down converters with V3 + MED adapters as this will damage the adapter.
