I am not aware of any agency certifying Rife Machines in EU. They certify TENS Machines which have a very weak output. Generally Agencies will not honor any device unless it is pre-approved by the Pharmaceutical companies. The Pharmaceutical companies will not certify or produce any equipment that is in direct competition to their 100 Billion dollar Drug production, and will in fact pay these agencies to reject any applications for alternative medicine equipment. I believe that Doctors can purchase Rife Machines privately, and be permitted to use them for “Research Work”, but I think this is still a grey area
