In your mail of April 28th it is recommended:

0.24, 0.7, 0.92, 72.5, 97.3, 336.42, 475.19, 527, 662.71, 752.7

ETDFL 2020 book has the most updated frequencies for Cerebellar Ataxia:

Many older CAFL 2006 Frequencies have been replaced by newer bioresonance research and are now updated in the ETDFL 2020
