The Mat sensitivity is user specific If you have the RDPV3 machine try to use the 12.5v voltage setting (instead of 14.5v, or 17v) I have reports of dozens of people who have used the mat and belt on the lower voltages, and then lent the machine to someone, who experienced ‘zaps’ and a rash.
