Is there a difference between the 2013 and 2016 power adapters?

The Power adapters are 16v on all adapters 2013 – 2016 This should be written on the side of the adapter itself. Straps voltage on all models 2013-2016 Output is ~15.6 – 15.9v on an oscilloscope.  I will not discuss any other method of measuring voltage here because multimeters do no give correct voltage output
