Mycobacterium Marinum

Question: I believe my fisherman friend has a bacterial infection called Fish Handler’s disease.  I believe the specific bacteria causing the infection to be Mycobacterium Marinum, based on the symptoms.   When looking at the Rife frequency list, this bacteria does not appear.  The closest is Mycobacterium Avium.  Do you happen to have any additional resources
