Question:

Can the Rife machine help with restoring and balancing hormones? I have pretty much zero estrogen and progesterone after all my chemo treatment and the side effects of that are less than pleasant.

There is some hormonal stuff on the BLOG but I didn’t know if they would apply here.

Answer:

The Rife Digital Professional V3 (RDPV3) can provide ancillary benefits like stress reduction, improved sleep, or enhanced detoxification, which may indirectly support hormonal balance by alleviating secondary symptoms. For tangible hormone restoration, clinically validated approaches like hormone replacement therapy (HRT), targeted supplementation (e.g., DHEA), and lifestyle interventions (e.g., phytoestrogen-rich diets, stress management) are far more reliable.

On DHEA as a Potential Support:

DHEA (dehydroepiandrosterone) is a hormone precursor produced by the adrenal glands that can convert into estrogen and testosterone in the body. For individuals with low hormone levels post-chemo, DHEA supplementation (typically 25-50 mg/day for women) will offer benefits in boosting estrogen/progesterone, improving energy, or stabilizing mood.  Testing baseline DHEA-S and other hormone levels is essential before starting.

DHEA is available from CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Walmart & Target

A Practical Path Forward:

Given your history, I’d strongly recommend consulting an endocrinologist or functional medicine specialist to assess your hormone levels and tailor a plan—potentially combining HRT, DHEA (if deficient), and supportive therapies like Rife machines as adjuncts. While the RDPV3 may contribute to general well-being, prioritizing evidence-based treatments will be key to addressing the root hormonal imbalance.
