Which machine would you recommend? The Beck or the Rife?

If the treatment is overnight with straps on the feet , then the Rife Digital Professional V3 would be the best option.
If the treatment is during the day for shorter periods of time then the Beck machine with ear attachments or Gel Pads on the temples will be the best option.
The Beck can be used at night with the gel pad option, but often this is uncomfortable for the user
