Only the Beck machine will be suitable for acupuncture. The machine will be supplied with gel-pads that can be placed on pressure points. There are possibilities of attaching electrodes to needles, however the effects might be too intense. Rife machines are too powerful for use with needles or even gel-pads, so its a no on the rife.
