Achilles Tendon shredding may refer to a torn Achilles as a result of sudden direct trauma to the tendon, or sudden activation of the Achilles after atrophy from prolonged periods of inactivity.

Some other common tears can occur from overuse while participating in intense sports. Twisting or jerking motions can also contribute to injury.

Achilles Tendinitis, also known as achilles tendinopathy, is when the Achilles tendon, found at the back of the ankle, becomes irritated. The most common symptoms are pain and swelling around the affected tendon.  The pain is typically worse at the start of exercise and decreases thereafter. Stiffness of the ankle may also be present.

It commonly occurs as a result of overuse such as running.  Other risk factors include trauma, a lifestyle that includes little exercise, high-heel shoes, rheumatoid arthritis, and medications of the fluoroquinolone or steroid class. Diagnosis is generally based on symptoms and examination.

From ETDFL Use the Achilles Tendinitis for the above symptoms, (Abbreviated in ETDFL to “Tendinitis”, but same thing)

Achilles Tendinitis: 0.30, 12.71, 50.00, 150.00, 358.57, 479.50, 527.00, 662.71, 749.00, 986.22

Use flex straps around the heel of the affected foot (/feet) if there is irritation at the strap contact area then place thin cotton socks on and place flex straps over socks.  Do not use nylon socks, as the frequencies will not travel through nylon.  Only 100% cotton permits the frequency flow, but also buffers sensitivity.

Another method is a 100% thin cotton handkerchief, and place this around the base of the ankle, and then fit the flex strap over the handkerchief, should the frequencies cause irritation at this fairly sensitive skin location.

Around FEB/MARCH 2020, the Rife RED (injury) healing mat will become available for Rife Digital machines, this mat is specifically designed for healing injury (including  Achilles Tendinitis / Torn Achilles tendon) with frequencies in the most effective manner.
