Question:

Hello Michelle, could you please tell me the best frequencies for sleep and stress, and how I can maintain it at night without being bothered by the wires?

Thank you in advance, and please accept my sincerest regards.

Very cordially

Answer:

If the Sleep frequencies you have been using don’t seem to be helping, then it could be something else causing the sleeping issue.

So, try putting these frequency sets into most all of the groups.  Just keep repeating the frequencies throughout all the groups.  I always leave group 10 for colds and flus, and any other specific issue I’m working on.  If you know you have been exposed to a cold or flu then use Group 10 that day or night and maybe the next night as well and chances are good you will not catch it. I do this and 100% of the time it works if I know I’ve been exposed in time.

Once you program these frequencies into all the Groups then use the Group SWEEP function and sleep with that all night, or several hours during the day.  Here is a Post I did for the Group SWEEP to help you see how to set that up:  https://rifeandzappers2.com/group-sweep-v3-set-up-suggestions/

3167: Sleep Disorder [Breathing]:

0.04, 0.55, 0.78, 0.97, 5.87, 15.75, 232.5, 492.5, 826.07, 925.95

3168: Sleep Disorders: 0.19, 0.37, 7.25, 45.75, 120.5, 401, 409.31, 552.2, 751, 922.53
3169: Sleep Disorder [Insomnia]: 0.15, 0.9, 5.58, 30, 47.5, 360, 360.59, 388.9, 434,
2152: Metabolic Stress [Group 20]: 0.14, 0.68, 2.5, 60, 122.53, 300, 496.01, 655.2, 750, 912.33
1810: Inflammation: 0.07, 0.12, 0.85, 9.5, 88, 141.2, 297.5, 425.95, 675.31, 827
And Group 15, this is the Dr. Clark Parasite cleanse.

With Group SWEEP you can use all the frequencies you need every time you use the machine.

You can use the Rife Healing Mat for sleeping.  You can place the mat under a thin cotton fitted bed sheet and sleep with it all night.  Nothing is attached to you, you will just be laying on the mat.  The voltage should be set at 17v or 14.5v.

Keep in mind, the Mat has a positive and a negative side.  Your body needs to be in contact with both sides of the mat. You can also use the Rife Healing Belt under the sheet or I will wrap the belt over some thin cotton pajamas around my upper thigh.  Either/or.

You may also want to consider:

incorporating more vegetables and fish into your diet, and reducing sugar intake

reducing stress and anxiety by exercising and stretching

creating and sticking to a regular sleeping schedule

drinking less water before bedtime

limiting your caffeine intake, especially in the late afternoon or evening

decreasing tobacco and alcohol use

eating smaller low carbohydrate meals before bedtime

maintaining a healthy weight based on your doctor’s recommendations.

Please let me know if you have any questions on any of this.
