Question:
Is it normal for me to hear a frequency buzzing sound at the connection points of the mat or the belt?
I hear 4 out of the nine frequencies & are usually one of the #0 to #4 of the inputted frequency. They are very low in sound but can still be heard. I’m not overly concerned about it as it tells me the unit is working but thought I’d ask.

Someone with super sensitive hearing may pick up the actual frequency sounds, as the transmission is Radio Frequency or Carrier Wave which is an actual sound wave. Why I believe it could be this is because when the program changes the sound either stops and on another program restarts, which points to some frequencies used on V3 are audible while others are not.
Apart from that, perhaps change the wires (leads) for another set in case one of the button plugs is loose at the mat connection point.——————
