My friend has the condition AGS – Alpha gal syndrome.
The last mention on the blog was that since it was a new condition,
not much would be done with it for another year – but that was in

The best cure is to stop eating red meat. Removes all symptoms and makes the condition disappear
Replace Red meat with other non reactive animal proteins or vegetable proteins

Yes Alpha-gal allergy is a “new” disease. “New diseases” do not just appear. They are often a result of bioengineering or other forms of biological lab manipulation. Also compare to Lyme disease, related to Tick bite, unheard of 100 years ago, never mentioned in medicine pre 1900s
