Question:

M. P.  has posterior vitreous detachment which is a precursor to a tear in the retina.

What frequencies should she use?

Answer:

Retyne Light Mats

A posterior vitreous detachment (PVD) is a condition of the eye in which the vitreous membrane separates from the retina. It refers to the separation of the posterior hyaloid membrane from the retina anywhere posterior to the vitreous base. Posterior vitreous detachment symptoms may last for a few weeks only, but usually they last about six months. During this time, your floaters and the flashes of light gradually calm down and become less obvious to you. You might be aware of your floaters for up to a year or longer but this is more unusual.
