Answer: As the cat is not connected directly to the machine or sitting on the conductive mat, there will be little or no leakage of frequencies from the person to the cat If the person is wearing pajama pants and the cat is laying on the pants there will be no leakage of frequencies from the person to the cat However if the straps are attached to persons (both) feet, and the cat is laying directly over the persons bare legs, then the cat will receive some frequencies transmitted from the conductive skin. As all frequencies are positive and healing, there will never be any ill effects from 3rd party transmission of frequencies
