The Rife Digital Professional (older model) had various issues going back years where movement of the power adaptor would cause disconnection this was often resolved with a new power adaptor. The problem was primarily caused by the tugging and movement of the adaptor at the point of connection. Often these problems appeared years after purchase and are the result of the wear and tear at the solder Point of the connection of the Rife Professional power jack. As we had some issues with the older Professional we addressed each and every single problem with the Professional V2 model and completely eliminated the issues. Now the power jack on the V2 machine side is much deeper within the machine which prevents the cord from being pulled and the issue of disconnection has now been eliminated. I know this does not provide any compensation for this out of warranty professional, but if anyone wants to upgrade to the V2 let us know and we will discount that for you.
