Answer: After looking at the Video, it appears he has the wrong adapter going to this model. 2 Lights usually mean the adapter is too high power switching on the GREEN light before startup. Ask client to try a 12v DC adapter to this unit and check if the GREEN light is off If green light is off with 12v then the issue is Fumito has a too high power adapter attached. 2 x Series of 16v adapters were supplied A) [RDP] “Round Plug” for 2011-2013 (Rectangle adapter round plug) B) [RDP] Square Plug for 2014-2016 (Black Adapter White Face) C) [RDPV2] Square Plug for 2017-2018 (ALL WHITE Adapter White Face) If a 2012-2013 RDP is matched with a type (B) Adapter their could be irregularities or thru issues causing both lights to indicate
