With the mat you can place that under a thin fitted bedsheet and sleep with it all night. You will want to run the Professional V2 model using it at the 17v level. Drop the voltage if you want to use the mat in direct contact with the skin, 12.5v. Also, if you have the Professional V2 machine, be sure to PUSH the CW button after you start your treatment on SWEEP. When in Carrier Wave (CW) you will see an “X” to the right of PLAY. This is important, especially for cancer. You can also do this during the day using the straps on the balls of the feet or the thick part of the palm by the thumb or the little finger.
