Stereocilia

Question: I am truly grateful for your help yet I am now in dire straits. My wife is now almost legally deaf caused by the degeneration of the Stereocilia of the inner ear. I would truly like to know if you know anyone who can help me obtain the frequencies required for Stereocilia of the inner ear?
