Watts are determined by consumption. The adapter puts out 4500ma, you can do a mathematical calculation to determine the adapter watts, however actual watts used is determined by consumption.
Example: A Laptop in “Idle” mode and screen off will only use about 1000ma of an adapter amps. However a Laptop with screen on, hard drive on, and the DVD player playing a video will be using 3000-4000 amps
With the Rife Professional, actual watts received by a person is smaller and not the same for each person. Factors like sweat, conductivity will change the perimeters. Also a person is not a “Hard Drive” sucking power at a high rate to spin a read/write cylinder.. A person is only consuming the power on a subtle level, so actual watts received will be small but varied.
