New 2016 (Clip Type) power adapters are slightly higher voltage than the (Pre 2016) Models As the Beam Ray requires a higher power output, the voltage tolerance was lifted on all 2016 PRO models to accommodate this new “Beam Ray” machine. “Beam Ray 2016” will be attached to the RDP and will not use its own power. As the “Beam Ray” is sourcing the Power and Frequencies from the RDP, voltage had to be lifted about 7% This will not affect the function or effectiveness of the RDP 2015/2016
