Question: I have a question regarding your Digital Professional Zapper. I am interested to find out what is the OUTPUT VOLTAGE/CHANNEL (+ / -) measured at the snap on connectors. Answer: On the Multimeter the output will be measured at 16/2 = 7-8 volts On an Oscilloscope you will measure the correct frequency of 16 volts Multimeters cannot correctly measure voltage when there is a square wave (pulsing wave) as it only measures the top of the wave (8volts) , not the combined wave (8v + 8v). For this reason, Oscilloscopes are the best tool for measuring voltage within a square wave.
