Question: I broke the post off of one of the leads to the straps, and it is stuck in the machine, what can I do? Answer: It takes some pressure to break that off, however we have had this occur once before, and instructed the client to take the label off the back of the Rife Ultimate unit, remove the 4 screws, lift the front of the unit up. The actual RCA socket will be visible from the inside of the unit. The broken off piece of RCA metal can be moved forward with a little pressure from a flat screw-driver or similar. Once the broken RCA metal is slipped forward, the screws can be replaced and unit put back together Customer will then have to purchase another button cable.
