I can see from a quick preview that the book has been thoroughly revised to remove conflicting old CAFL sets and maintain the existing correct ETDFL sets
A handful of brand new frequency sets have been added, as far as my Excel search has shown. Some I found in the COVID section relating to Variants
The [Bracket] Next to a medical term, means that medical term was found to have another exact medical term under a different name elsewhere in the book. There may be up to 4 medical terms elsewhere in the book that represent the same disease. Each Medical term will all have the same Group (as they should)
This Bracket [….] next to the term also allows the client to see both the Latin Medical name, and the English name of the one disease. So whether they are searching for the Medical name or the English name, it will produce a search result with the same Group of frequencies.
Buerger Disease | : | 0.05 | 35.75 | 60 | 93.9 | 225.15 | 454.37 | 517.6 | 687.62 | 712 | 992 |
Buerger Disease and Thromboangiitis are the exact same disease.
ETDFL 2023 has maintained Thromboangiitis to be the correct and most up to date ETDFL set, and has therefore placed the Thromboangiitis set in the Buerger Category. As a note to the client, a Bracket has been put next to Buerger Disease [Thromboangiitis] so the client will know the set has been revised to the correct medical name and frequency
Buerger Disease [Thromboangiitis] | 0.18 | 17.85 | 27.5 | 47.5 | 150 | 225 | 452.59 | 684 | 713 | 993.41 |
Thromboangiitis Obliterans | 0.18 | 17.85 | 27.5 | 47.5 | 150 | 225 | 452.59 | 684 | 713 | 993.41 |
